Privacy Policy

How PsyFi collects, uses, and protects information—including PHI.

Effective date: September 5, 2025

Scope & Definitions

This is a visitor‑facing summary. Logged‑in customers can access the full policy in app.

Clinical & Emergency Use

PsyFi is used by organizations, their staff (for example, clinicians and intake teams), and—when they deploy our chat widget—by their patients and prospective patients to ask questions, complete intake, and request appointments. We do not monitor individual conversations in real time, and we do not operate a crisis line or emergency response service.

Clinical decisions and safety checks remain with your organization. AI‑assisted summaries or suggestions are meant to support, not replace, professional judgment, and should be reviewed before being used in records or client communication.

If you are in crisis or worried about someone’s immediate safety, do not rely on PsyFi—call 911 (or your local emergency number), go to an emergency room, or contact a crisis hotline instead.
